We passed the UNDRIP act to obligate the Government of Canada to basically transfer ALL of the land back.
Do we fully understand the implications of what we’ve done?
Shawn Buckley, lawyer known for the NCI, NHPPA.org and fighting for our health rights in general is back tonight. He has been busy talking to farmers and ranchers and I wanted to give my audience a chance to hear what is happening in the “fields”.
We ended up talking more about lands and UNDRIP. The decision made today by Justice Leonard to not allow the petition to go to a referendum poses a tricky question about our rights to own land in Canada.
