Sean Combs, aka Diddy, is on trial for two counts of sex trafficking, two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution and one count of racketeering under the RICO statute. Diddy allegedly coerced victims, some of whom they say were sex workers, through intimidation and narcotics to participate in “freak offs” — sex performances that sometimes lasted for days.
Prosecutors say they are having difficulty reaching Witness #3, who has not been identified, along with her lawyer. Witness #3 planned to disclose very personal and explosive details, according to reports.
