Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is someone who prides himself on the “progressive” nature of Liberal government social policies. In this regard, we think back to a seemingly innocuous statement from Canada’s current prime minister:

“People see things from different perspectives,” says Trudeau. Regarding the contentious issue of abortion rights in Canada, CAP offer a response:

“You can say that again.”

If Canadian media ever offered a “different perspective” on the subject of abortion, our country might not be in the demographic crunch we now find ourselves in. Thinking back to the “founder” of abortion policy Pierre Trudeau leads to his appointment of Dr. Henry Morgantaler as Canada’s original “abortion czar.”

“Henekh ‘Henry’ Morgentaler was a Polish-born Canadian physician and abortion rights advocate who fought numerous legal battles aimed at expanding abortion rights in Canada. During World War II, Morgentaler was imprisoned at the Łódź Ghetto and later at the Dachau concentration camp.”
