Jimmy Buffett died on September 1, 2023 after four years of fighting Merkel-cell carcinoma, a rare and aggressive skin cancer. His last performance was a surprise appearance in Rhode Island back in early July.
Buffett’s cancer diagnosis pre-dated the roll out of COVID vaccines. He was pro-vaccine, praised the COVID jabs, and required proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to attend his shows in August 2021. It is unknown whether Buffett took any COVID injections or if the shots may have affected him.
Dr. Ryan Cole said that the COVID shots alter and weaken a person’s immune system, thereby making them more prone to cancer and infectious diseases. He said that cancers may be accelerated after COVID shots.
