Ron Gallant: I forgot to mention that Bill C-15 defines Indigenous through 35.2 of the constitution as being the Indian, Inuit, and Metes peoples. These are the ones claiming all of Canada now. But with ALL Canadian law to be “consistent” with UNDRIP, and UNDRIP or the UN has no definition of Indigenous, I believe the non definition will win our and the Indian, Inuit, and Metes are in for a big shock when it’s a free for all on land, resource, territory claims.
