A federal government report estimates the cost of the Trudeau government’s plan to install hundreds of thousands of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations to be approximately $20 billion.
As first reported by Blacklock’s Reporter, a department of natural resources report titled Canada’s Public Charging Infrastructure Needs: Updated Projections estimates that over the next few decades, Canada will have to invest billions of dollars into installing EV chargers across the country.
The report says, “In the very long term our overall estimate for public charging infrastructure needs across Canada would represent a total investment of approximately $20 billion over the next three decades.”

Listen here folks, get this straight. Our governments are always broke. They do not earn or create income. Unlike private enterprise and people in the labour force whom all have to generate value and income ANY GOVERNMENT lacks such abilities.
ALL GOVERNMENT INCOME COMES FROM ESSENTIALLY THEFT OF EARNED INCOME (via taxation) OF ANY AND ALL PRIVATE CITIZENS AND CORPORATIONS! Governments can and do gain additional funding through DEFICIT BORROWING!
You, me, all of us have been hoodwinked for decades by governments promising to do things and hand out monies that again they have not earned, but must confiscate or borrow. YES! we expect certain things to be carried out by our governments and as such we pay taxes to fund these things. But liberalization of society has allowed governments to stick their noses and fingers into areas of the economy, monetary system and life THAT THEY HAVE NO BUSINESS BEING IN!
Funding EV charging stations for one example is not a requirement of government, no matter how they hoodwink you all to accept it. Private ventures will fund such if a proper return on investment can be had. Governments only slow such down through bureaucracy and raise such costs by their inefficiencies and ideological, often misguided ideals.
STOP DRINKING BIG DADDY GOVERNMENT KOOL AID! Every new program or venture, most un-neccessary by your government is basically theft of your earned incomes and future incomes.
Governments should only do as much things as required but as few things as needed in society. WE MUST STOP THE DECADES OF B.S. BIG GOVERNMENT AND ITS NEEDLES SPENDING AND OVER SPENDING OR WE SHALL SINK EVER MORE DEEPER INTO THE DEPTHS OF DEBT AND DESPAIR! 🙁
