The Otero County Commission rejected the 2022 Primary election canvass examination of votes as the Commission questions the accuracy of the Dominion Voting Machines following an audit investigation of the 2020 election that produced evidence of apparent fraud, according to the Pinon Post. New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver, a Democrat, filed a lawsuit to compel the Commission to certify the primary election and is threatening them with a criminal referral.
