Court records show that an Islamic non-profit organization in Canada is suing Benjamin Dichter, one of the main organizers of the recent Trucker Convoy protest in Ottawa.
Alleging Mr. Dichter was part of a defamation campaign, the $2.5-million libel claim claims the defendant is among a group of people who falsely stated an Islamic charity violated Canada’s terrorist-financing laws.
The legal suit has been exposed by the Globe & Mail in an article on the freezing of $10 million dollars in GoFundMe funds raised for the Truckers Convoy. Opponents of the protest have been out in full force in an attempt to control the fate of the millions. The lawsuit claims that Mr. Dichter “is a critic of the supposed influence of Islam in Canadian society.” Myriad entities attempt to influence society. They always have, and they always will. It will be interesting to see if this case qualifies in Canadian courts as a breach of the law.
Corporate officials have met with local police to freeze $10-million raised in support of the truck drivers’ convoy protest. GoFundMe is not currently accepting further donations or distributing any of the funds.

An ISLAMIC NON-PROFIT organization suing another fundraising event, makes the Islamic non-profit into a ISLAMIC FOR PROFIT organization. Which to me points 100% towards a greedy Isis charity to me. Trying to steal the money of hard working Canadians that are giving to a Hard Working Honest cause.
Perhaps those involved in the Muslim charity would like to be returned to their Muslim loving countries. They are so lucky to be in Canada. They continue to be free to practice their religion while Christian Canadians are being tortured and their freedoms of speech, religion and medical decisions are stolen from them.
They best be careful, if they remain in Canada they too will soon lose those rights. Government is out to take complete control. They will be nothing more than what they were in Syria, and other Muslim countries.
You want to accepted in Canada as equals, then it would be best to act like it. Stop causing more problems that you are bringing onto yourselves. Canadians will not be blamed for your own follies.
