Global crimes against humanity lawsuit filed and accepted by the Superior Court of Justice of Canada (see link below) has begun.
A team of more than 1,000 lawyers and more than 10,000 medical experts led by Germany’s Reiner Fuellmich, one of the most powerful lawyers in Europe, has launched the largest legal action in history called “Nuremberg 2” against the WHO (World Health Organization) and the Davos Group (World Economic Forum led by the over 80-year-old Klaus Schwab) for crimes against humanity.
Dr. Reiner Fuellmich is a German-American lawyer, he is the one who won multimillion-dollar cases against the Deutsche Bank fraud and the one against Volkwagen for the Dieselgate fraud. He is one of the founders of the “German Crown Commission of Inquiry”.
Fuellmich and his team have collected thousands of scientific evidence demonstrating the total unreliability of PCR testing and the fraud behind it.
Fuellmich then spoke about the vaccines, stating that “they have nothing to do with vaccination, but are part of genetic experimentation”.
In addition to erroneous tests and fraudulent death certificates prepared by corrupt medical personnel, the ‘experimental’ vaccine itself violates Article 32 of the Geneva Convention.
According to Article 32 of the IV Convention of 1949, “mutilations and medical or scientific experiments not necessitated by the medical treatment of a person” are prohibited.
Under Article 147, conducting biological experiments on humans is a serious violation of the Convention.
The “experimental” vaccine violates all 10 Nuremberg codes that provide for the death penalty for those who violate these international treaties.”
Fuellmich also added that all this had been planned for some time to be implemented in 2050. “But then” the people pulling the strings became greedy and decided to anticipate the plans, first in 2030 and finally in 2020. “, adding “I think it’s in this rush that they make so many mistakes. For example, the vaccine manufacturers did not foresee that there would be so many side effects and deaths.”
“Europe”, continues Fuellmich, “is the main battleground of this war. This is because it is completely bankrupt. The pension funds have been completely looted. That is why they want to get Europe under control before people know they are it. What is happening”.
But who are these people pulling the strings? According to Fuellmich, it is a group of about 3,000 super-rich. This group includes the Davos clique around Klaus Schwab.
What do they want? Full control over people. “They bribe doctors, hospital staff and politicians.
People who do not cooperate are threatened. They use all kinds of psychological techniques to manipulate people.”
“The mainstream media,” concludes Fuellmich, “is telling a false reality and saying that the majority of people are in favor of measures and vaccines.
This is certainly not true.
For example, almost everyone I speak to in Germany knows that a mask protects against nothing, because now almost everyone is informed through the alternative media. The old media is dying out.”
Fuellmich’s advice?
“Spread the truth and facts as much as possible
and don’t waste your energy on people who are desperately vaccinated. We can’t save everyone. Many people will die.”

There is no Superior Court of Canada, and most readers likely know this. The suit was filed in the Ontario Court of Justice, but for some reason the actual facts have been distorted. I’m not sure what is gained by saying the lawsuit was “accepted” by a lake believe court.
The lawsuit was filed almost a year ago, in January 2021.
It’s likely important to note that it was dismissed in its entirety on February 10, 2021, over 10 months ago.
I will allow the powers that be here to explain why the news is being reported so late and without the relevant update that it was dismissed on application.

The case is now accepted as of January 12th, 2022
This particular lawsuit was dismissed by Justice Sylvia Corthorn of the Ontario Court of Justice on 10 February 2021. Her decision was that the Civil Action was “frivolous and vexatious”. Quite frankly that would appear to be a reasonable decision given the wording and the claims put forth by the Plaintiffs in their claim for a certification of a “class action”.
However, on 23 March 2021, the lawyers for the Plaintiffs filed an Appeal of Justice Corthorn’s decision with the Ontario Court of Appeal – File No. C69230. That Appeal does not appear to have yet been dealt with by the Courts.
