Note the document was filed with the ICC (International Criminal Court in the Hague) on 06 December 2021 and not one main stream news operation has published anything or even referred to it in any country in the world. I wonder why?
I am told that it was the group in the U.K. who had to do the actual submission to the ICC because the Americans refused to be involved in it.
Has anyone checked with the ICC to see if this article has actually been submitted?
