Anna Isaak knew her job as a care aide at Worthington Pavilion in Abbotsford, B.C., was coming to an end. She had decided not to comply with the provincial mandate that all health-care workers be vaccinated against COVID-19, and the Oct. 26 proof-of-vaccination deadline was looming.
However, the impact of her unexpectedly sudden departure struck with an unceremonious punch she wasn’t prepared for.
Isaak had planned on taking vacation time and sick days into December, which would give her time to slowly ease herself out and say goodbye to the staff and residents she dearly loved.
But despite 22 years of service, Isaak was ushered out of Worthington Pavilion faster than she had anticipated. The conversations about her job with administration began on a Friday, and by the following Monday, through a combination of advice and pressure, she had retired.

Well I think John Horgans cancer treatments should be cancelled like everyone else’s.
Crime against humanity,that’s all that is and we need to get to the top of the chain and work our way down. There’s nothing being done any other way so those people and many others can keep their jobs. If I had to walk away from my work I would make sure that they know that they are going to be responsible for my loss of income and what ever else is to happen.
Of course, the “cancer” might just be code to say he’s been picked up for tribunal and his fate. Just like he and everyone like him should be.
Imagine laying off perfectly healthy people in notably high skilled occupations where shortages of labour already exists (nationally and globally), because they won’t comply to big brother and take a medical injection against their own will. AN INJECTION THAT DOES NOT STOP CONTRACTION NOR SPREAD OF COVID 19, NOR IS IT LOOKING AS IF IT STOPS HOSPITALIZATION!!!
Out of New South Wales, Australia just the other day their Health Minister ran the current numbers for the region and he said that of the 141 Aussies in Hospital, in NSW with Covid 19, 140 WERE VACCINATED!!!!!!!!!!
I also read something interesting out of Australia. That is that 6 out of 7 deaths were vaccinated. 3 fully, 3 partially, only one was not vaccinated. What are the chances I wonder that the single unvaccinated (probably listed as a covid death) died of something other then that?
