This Thursday I’ll be featured on House Arrest with Tamara Lich and Chris Barber.

I am quadriplegic after a COVID vaccine.

Instead of treatment
Instead of rehabilitation
Instead of coordinated care

Canada offered me Medical Assistance in Dying.

Not because I was dying
Because caring for me costs money.

Here is the part no one wants to say out loud.

To survive in Canada as a severely disabled person you have to pay for your own care or you don’t get care your offered euthanasia.

That is not healthcare
That is systemic abandonment

I am not anti medicine
I am not anti science

I am living proof of what happens when the system decides some lives are too expensive to support.
