Is this social equality, or is it racism?

Critical Race Theory, the latest in an arsenal of weaponry targeting non-racialized Canadians, has kicked their reverse-racist credo into high gear.

Based purely on the issue of race, a Canadian employment union has tabled their version of a bid for social equality. Because employees are black, they are to enjoy two extra days off beyond what is allotted to white employees.

“The motion follows an apology by Ontario government deputy ministers earlier this year for the continued prevalence of anti-black racism in the workplace.”

In a separate case, a school board in Ontario  recently implemented “weighted voting” — a situation where non-white members’ votes count for more than their white colleagues.
