Novant Health, a massive healthcare network with hospitals, outpatient centers and physician clinics suspended hundreds of employees for refusing to get the Covid vaccine.
Nearly 400 employees were suspended Tuesday and given five days to comply with the vaccine mandate or be terminated.
“They will have an opportunity to comply over a five day, unpaid suspension period,” Novant said in a statement. “If a team member remains non-compliant after this suspension period, he or she will have their employment with Novant Health terminated.”

Don’t give in… In five days they will likely be forced to lift the suspension and call these staff back. IT’S A GAME OF CHICKEN! These authoritarian thugs want to control their staffs’ lives including medical lives. They think many or most of these 400 will cave and take the jab, DON’T DO IT!
You health professionals have the real power and not these immoral administrators! Your professions already run generally short of staff in normal times. It’s not as if they can pull any Tom, Dick or Mary off the streets to do your jobs!

The hospital systems claims over 98.5% of all staff have received at least the J&J jab or one jab of the Phizer or Moderna jabs. If that is so and they believe in herd immunity and that these notavaccines give herd immunity (THEY ACTUALLY DON’T IN REALITY BUT THESE NUMBSKULLS WANT YOU TO BELIEVE SO) then WHO THE HELL CARES IF THE LAST 1.5% GET JABBED OR NOT!?! You are said to be well passed herd immunity. Those 400 staff will by any statistics be of no threat to other staff WHO ARE FRIGGING VAXED AND SUPPOSEDLY PROTECTED!!! nor any patients.
