At St. Paul’s Hospital, drug use is no longer happening at entrances or nearby sidewalks.
People are being invited inside, with built structures in designated smoking areas that allow illegal street drugs to be used openly, using supplied equipment
Was there a few weeks ago and there were people smoking crack in the bathrooms at the ER
Even worse, somebody was smoking something near one of the ventilation shaft so the whole ER became contaminated with some sort of drug smoke
