“The potential consequence of this ruling (UNDRIP) is to make BC non-governable. Effectively all decisions about BC laws are to be made in consultation and in cooperation with over 200 First Nation Governments.
The Province and the First Nations will form a collective government that the people of BC do not elect. First Nations leaders have a responsibility to their members only, and so they should. Your vote may no longer matter as BC is at risk of becoming a non-democratic society.
