Clarity needed. When he says DNA from 1300+ animals… does he mean cows or types, (chicken, pork, rat… ). Based on the number I conclude he means cows and if so… big deal, no news here… who cares if meat from many cows is ground together, it’s all beef in the end…
Stew….it increases the risk of spillage when processing, which means contamination. When u buy a chicken breast, it came from one chicken, not 1300
