CALGARY: Dr. Deena Hinshaw is too busy to testify in defence of her Health Orders, but not too busy to take a vacation during the days she was scheduled to testify in court.
The Justice Centre challenged the constitutionality of Dr. Hinshaw’s health orders, with the litigation commencing in December 2020. The legal case has been delayed repeatedly by the Alberta government in the past ten months. The Alberta government did not provide the court with evidence to justify its Charter-violating lockdown measures until July of 2021. Dr. Hinshaw was scheduled to be cross-examined at trial on September 27 and 28.
Shortly before the trial was to commence on September 20, Counsel for Alberta requested another adjournment. The government’s lawyers claimed that Dr. Hinshaw was simply too busy “managing” the “Fourth Wave” to come to court. Lawyers for Alberta claimed on September 16, 2021 that due to the “escalating crisis” Dr. Hinshaw and a second witness, AHS official Deb Gordon, could not testify, because both needed to be “available around the clock until further notice, in order to protect the health care system.”
The Justice Centre has now learned that, upon the Alberta government obtaining the adjournment, Dr. Hinshaw booked a three-day vacation, including the very days she was scheduled to testify in court.
Since December of 2020, throughout the court challenge, the government has asked for leniency, and has been granted leniency by the court, resulting in extensive delays in production of evidence. The Court gave the Alberta government until July 2021 to produce their evidence justifying the Charter-violating lockdowns and restrictions on Albertans, including the Hinshaw Affidavit. The Justice Centre requested dates to cross examine Dr. Hinshaw on her evidence. However, on September 16, the first day of yet another declared “state of emergency” due to Covid, the Alberta government told the court that Dr. Hinshaw was too busy managing the crisis and could not be available for cross-examination.
The matter was therefore adjourned, with no new court date set.
On September 28, 2021, the Crown notified the Justice Centre and the Court that “Dr. Hinshaw intends to take three days away from her role as the Chief Medical Officer of Health at the end of this week.” The Crown acknowledged that “Dr. Hinshaw’s decision to take time off may appear to conflict with the representations” made to Court that resulted in the adjournment of the trial of this action.
“As the Justice Centre has pointed out for well over a year, Dr. Hinshaw has excessive unilateral power under the Public Health Act, with virtually no accountability to the democratically elected Alberta Legislature,” states Jay Cameron, Litigation Director for the Justice Centre.
“For more than eighteen months, Dr. Hinshaw has issued Orders which close houses of worship and all kinds of businesses, saw pastors thrown in jail for holding church services, prevent social gatherings, restrict movement, and even prohibit peaceful outdoor protest against her draconian and sometimes irrational measures,” continues Mr. Cameron.
“When Dr. Hinshaw was called on to testify in court in defence of her Orders, she said she was too busy running the province to come to court, and needed an adjournment. Once the adjournment was obtained, she booked herself a vacation,” continues Mr. Cameron.
“Albertans are once again suffering under lockdown measures similar to last winter after repeatedly being told there would be no more lockdowns, and after it has been repeatedly proven that lockdowns are ineffective and cause tremendous harm to society,” concludes Mr. Cameron.
This court case should be settled promptly without her. Declaring her orders illegal, and pulling her license to practice any sort of medical. Be it in a practice or in any form of medical advisory and and all pensions and pay owing should be denied. If she is too busy to show up in court then she should be permanently relieved of all of her medical responsibilities. Now, she will be able to sit at home and twiddle her thumbs, until they come and take her to tribunal.
The increasing defiance by governments to the public goodwill is a growingly serious issue. When so called western democratic and justice based societies steer more and more into the ditch of tin pot dictatorships should scare the public into a more severe actions.
Obviously it’s looking that more and more even western based governments appear to no longer fear the public or the voter base. Maybe they feel the influx of low information, seemingly easy to buy off non western immigrants will keep them in power in perpetuity? But this assumption they may make should not be as guaranteed. For most non western immigrants once they get over the buy off of free money or see it as not being so free, return to their often more conservative values. Social, religious, fiscal and/or family values.
It has been the growingly leftist infused western world culture that has brought our society down to even now near open degeneracy and lack of dignified culture as it elevates governments into a feeling or state of almost kingdom type status. The newer immigrants from any other nations may be bought of with temporary financial reward, but their cultures have been less putrified by liberal/leftist ideals, dogma and assorted degeneracy.
To the now bloviated and arrogant mostly western world governments these immigrants cannot be counted on for indefinite support. Their cultural aspects run deeper than some quick cash handed to them and clap trap virtue signalling by arrogant and elitist governments and bureaucracies. These immigrants will begin to see through the smoke being blown in their faces by said arrogant and leftist ideologue governments.
Right now we see many western governments appearing to or actualy are evading the laws and rules of the land for they are being propped up first by lazy, ignorant and stupid western born citizens as well as buying votes from new immigrants who are for now just happy to be here and out of for many their persecution based or shit hole former societies. But by said arrogance of power and defiance of the public trust, these governments and bureaucracies shall sooner than they may think see the tide turn against them. It will more likely come out as an unseen proverbial punch than some telegraphed measure.
As dark as it may seem at times folks, do not forget that time is on our side. But also it’s important that we re-find our faith in western values that built the only great society ever in recorded history, values which are all built on faith in our God and the values our God laid before us. Our victory will not come without a rebirth in faith and the glory to God with his clear values given to us. To think otherwise will only prolong the misery and degeneracy fuelled by contemptible governments.
This is good news, actually. It shows that Dr. Hinshaw is a fake.

Deena Hinshaw graduated from the U of A with a medical degree in 2006. She immediately enrolled in an MBA Health Administration course at the U of A and graduated in 2008. She was hired by Alberta Health services and has worked as a government bureaucrat ever since. She has NEVER worked as an actual physician. In January 2019, the then Alberta Chief Medical Officer quit because of the NDP b.s. Notley then appointed Hinshaw as the Chief Medical Officer only months before the Provincial election that everyone knew the NDP were going to lose. Hinshaw was inserted into that possible for the sole purpose of being a Trojan Horse for the NDP. Hinshaw has absolutely no knowledge and/or experience in Immunology, Virology, or Pathology.
The current Deputy Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Andre Corriveau, isn’t even in Alberta. He lives on Salt Spring Island in B.C. He currently works as the Chief Public Health Officer for the Government of the Northwest Territories in Yellowknife. He has no particular training and/or experience in Immunology, Virology, or Pathology.
The current Deputy Medical Officer of Health for Alberta is Dr. Jing Hu. She earned her PhD in Medical Science from the…wait for it.. the Tonjii Medical University in WUHAN. China. She came to Canada in 2019. She does not have any particular knowledge and/or experience in Immunology, Virology, or Pathology.
