Arizona becomes first state to sue Biden administration over COVID-19 vaccine mandates

Arizona’s attorney general filed a lawsuit Tuesday that seeks to invalidate President Biden’s latest COVID-19 vaccine requirements for federal workers and large companies, becoming the first state to mount a legal challenge to the administration’s newest rules. In a 14-page complaint filed with a federal district court in Arizona, Attorney General Mark Brnovich argued Mr. Biden’s new vaccine requirements unconstitutionally discriminate against U.S. citizens because undocumented immigrants apprehended by federal law enforcement are not subject to a federal vaccination requirement. The attorney general said [the policies] are an “egregious” violation of the Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause. “Unauthorized aliens will not be subject to any vaccination requirements … while roughly a hundred million U.S. citizens will be subject to unprecedented vaccination requirements,” the state told the court. Brnovich … is asking the court to declare the new vaccination policies unconstitutional and block the Biden administration from imposing COVD-19 vaccine mandates on U.S. citizens or legal residents that differ from those applied to undocumented migrants. Mr. Biden announced last week his new vaccination requirements. In addition to signing executive orders requiring all executive branch federal workers and contractors to be vaccinated, the president also said the Department of Labor would be developing an emergency rule to require all employers with at least 100 employees to mandate their workforce be fully vaccinated.

    If your employer comes at you and coerces you to try to get sexual favours from you in order for you to keep your job, your employer would be committing sexual harassment and would be breaking the law.

    If your employer comes at you and coerces you into taking a ‘notably experimental’ injection in order for you to keep your job, by God your employer appears to now not breaking the law (so these assholes think ).

    JUST SAY NO TO MANDATORY MEDICAL INJECTIONS! If enough of you do so, then you all place the ball back into your asshole employer’s hands to decide what he/she would do. Odds are most will backdown as that is wha anecdotal evidence is beginning to show us now.

    Even the popular US financial guru Dave Ramsey was recently noting on his show a story of a top sales executive two years out from retiring being told to take the jab if he wants to keep his job. This top sales executive chose to retire two years early as a result and his idiot company has lost arguably their best sales executive. To quote Ramsey, “You employers doing this are Dam gum stupid!”

  2. Our biggest problem in Canada is that every provincial government in the country appears to 100% behind Trudeau and his team of idiots. It is not a wonder when Trudeau has promised millions of dollars, just for instituting vaccine passports. So, of course they age going to force the vaccine issue. So, it is up to WE THE PEOPLE to work together as a group to bring charges against this tyranny.
    Unless someone is more knowledgable about this than I am it is going to an uphill battle. Those of us without the knowledge of the court system are going to find ourselves in deep trouble. Seeing how the majority of the legal system is under the government thumb, and not willing to help out the ones that actually pay their salaries. We need more legal eagles like Christopher James in Canada to step forth help bring these unlawful mandates down. The first one will be the most difficult. It appears that the case with Patrick King hasn’t been enough of a deterrent to put a stop even in Alberta, let alone the rest of the country.
    JUST SAYING NO may soon not be enough, the tyranny and Hate Speech by a so-called Prime Minister that thinks that anyone that speaks out about anything is hate speech. Is telling us all that he is the only one that is allowed such privileges.
    TRUDEAU IS THE BIGGEST HATE PROVOKER CANADA HAS EVERY HAD and he is trying to shut us all down.
