He promised not to bring in a National Energy Program like his daddy did, but Justin Trudeau’s arrogant ways when it comes to western Canada are no different.
So after imposing a tanker ban with no study; after saying provinces will bring in a carbon tax; after killing the Northern Gateway Pipeline, now Trudeau’s government is looking at scrapping the Calgary-based National Energy Board and moving it to Ottawa to make it more independent.
