The European Court of Justice considers that doctors will be solely responsible for the consequences of covid injections because they were free to refuse to inject
According to a ruling by the European Court of Justice, all healthcare professionals who urged or vaccinated you against Covid are civilly and criminally liable.
Professor Frajese‘s case before the European Court of Justice had a surprising outcome! According to the Court, a medical prescription was required to administer the anti-Covid vaccines. But there’s more: doctors could have chosen whether or not to administer them, and even advised against them, to such an extent that the potential civil and criminal liability of healthcare professionals is attributable to the specific case.

I heard that was the Big Pharma psych drug producers’ plan years ago, especially for the shrinks who were “ordering” forced injections of toxins that would CREATE psychoses and violence. Of course the black robed corporate agents of the BAR were complicit. Sounds like some kind of divine justice that the holier than thou white coated demons were set up to be the fall guys for the Big Pharma criminals. You could never have warned them about that in a million years, though. I haven’t read the decision but from what I’ve seen in the psych drug cases I’ve written briefs for is that Big Pharma attorneys portray their corporate clients as innocent manufacturers who then rely on the trusted judgment of “learned professionals”, like doctors when placing product into the stream of commerce, and that it’s the doctors’ negligence that cuts off the chain of legal causation for Big Pharma’s negligence, which they too never admit.
