Police on Guard for Thee

Februar 21, 2025

In a sudden turn of events, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC) have abruptly dropped all charges against Dr. Charles Hoffe.
The CPSBC have been after Dr. Hoffe since the start of Covid for speaking out on social media against the Covid-19 vaccines, policies and prescribed treatments; comments that they deemed misinformation and unprofessional conduct under the Health Professions Act.
Their efforts to silence Dr. Hoffe began with harassment, stripping him of all hospital privileges and attacking his professional credibility.
.
In the eleventh hour, the CPSBC then fought to have their versions of facts concerning the safety and effectiveness of the covid vaccines, and the origins and severity of SARS-CoV-2, taken under judicial notice, meaning it would be accepted as fact without the need to produce supporting evidence; an effort that recently failed.
With this loss the CPSBC abruptly withdrew all charges against Dr. Hoffe and dismissed their years-long effort to destroy his medical practice and reputation.
Why?
.
Dr. Hoffe’s situation raises questions about whether his freedom of expression was being curtailed by his professional regulatory body. The right to express concerns, especially those based entirely on professional experience and backed by scientific inquiry, is fundamental. It could be argued that the reason behind their dismissal is one of quiet acknowledgement of this right.
.
Physicians require a degree of autonomy in their practice, including the right to discuss treatment options, perceived risks and benefits with the public. Dr. Hoffe’s statements of concern against the Covid vaccines were aimed at informing the public. Human rights within the context of health care must include the right to informed consent, requiring patients to receive all relevant information to make an educated health decision.
By dropping the charges, the CPSBC may be acknowledging the importance of allowing professional opinion to be part of the public discourse to ensure informed consent.
While both scenarios would bring hope for our medical profession in their acknowledgement of the rights of the physicians and patients, the most likely reason for the dismissal is simple: without their judicial notice they simply have no compelling evidence against him. Worse yet, they are abundantly aware of the volumes of evidence against them. Dismissing this case just days before the evidentiary hearing was to begin, was a last-ditch effort to ensure that we, the public, are never allowed to see the truth behind their policies that would have been laid bare at the hearing.
.
We have been following Dr. Hoffe’s case since the beginning, for more details at each stage, please revisit our earlier posts.
Most importantly, Dr. Hoffe can now breathe easy and start to rebuild his professional practice. We hope that his success will bring out the opinions of other medical professionals; those whose fear for their livelihood has kept them silent.
The evidence that these regulatory bodies and health authorities are trying so hard to supress must be exposed. Collectively, we must ensure that this never happens again.
Congratulations to Dr. Hoffe and his team!

  1. This is great news. It is so sad that Dr. Hoffe was speaking out about the injuries that were happening to his patients, Bonnie Henry ignored him, as did everyone else. Then they burned down Lytton so that there would be no records. These people are evil and need to be held accountable. Is the tide finally turning due to Trumps election win, Kennedy hopefully now will prove without a shadow of doubt that all these vaccines are bad. Canadians get over your Trump Syndrome.

  2. Thankgoodness after all this time Dr. HOFFE has been cleared and may that start tge ball rolling for all doctors in Canada that were stripped of their licences here in Canada and world wide for spreading the truth of the jabs!
